Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you must initiate a return after delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

• Returns are accepted for damaged, wrong, or defective products.
• Products must be unused with original packaging and tags.

We do not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or through our support team for assistance.
