• Below ₹999: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Express Delivery: Additional charges apply for faster delivery.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across India.

• Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
• Available on select pin codes and order values.
• No additional charges for COD in most areas.

COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

We process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it easily:

• Enter your Order ID to see real-time status.
• You will also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.

If you face any issues with tracking, contact our support team for assistance.

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order.

• If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will try again the next day.
• After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• In case of failed delivery, you may be charged a re-shipping fee.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
